• A subscription to Plein Air Magazine is very worthwhile as is Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine.  Both of these magazines have worthwhile Facebook pages worth looking at and following.

ACRYLIC ART with BOB BICKERS

at Michael's Stores in Monroeville, Tarentum and Greensburg, Pennsylvania

August - December, 2010

I was asked by Chartpak, Inc. to be their Grumbacher representative and teach beginning acrylic painting classes beginning in August, 2010 at Michael's in Greensburg, PA, Monroeville PA, and in Tarentum, PA at The Village at Pittsburgh Mills.  Grumbacher is the maker of fine artist products including Academy line of acrylic paints. The classes included a landscape, a seascape and floral paintings.

This is the first painting by my first student,  Joan K. Huckestein, at my first class, August 21, 2010.
