For artists of any medium, I strongly recommend that you get the free newsletters from Plein Air Today and Fine Art Today and check out Outdoor Painter, a free on-line art magazine.
A subscription to Plein Air Magazine is very worthwhile as is Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine. Both of these magazines have worthwhile Facebook pages worth looking at and following.
If you are interested in meeting with fellow artists and having an opportunity to display your work, I strongly recommend that you look at the website of the East Suburban Artists Leage (ESALart.org). The Artists Links page includes links of numerous art organizations in our area that you might find helpful.
